Are There Any Upgrades Available?
Over the past years we have built many of the customer suggestions into the program. Unless a major bug has been discovered or a new feature requested upgrades will not occur. Upgrades are always free of charge. The customer can check the current version by clicking TOOLS and ABOUT on the menu bar or the Receptionist program.
Normal upgrades are completed by downloading a "repair/upgrade" file. When executed, the repair/upgrade file will transfer the customer's current data into the newest version of Check-In Check-Out. It will then delete the older program automatically.
